CoursePod.io is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables instructors and educational institutions to create, manage, and monetize their own white-label online education academies. Services include video hosting, student management, AI-assisted learning tools, examination modules, and coaching systems delivered via cloud infrastructure.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using CoursePod.io, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@ct-ss.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. All fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize CTSS LLC to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. We strongly encourage you to request a free demo before purchasing any subscription.

You agree not to use the Service to:

•Violate any applicable law or regulation

•Infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights

•Distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content

•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

•Resell or sublicense the Service without express written permission

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CTSS LLC. Content uploaded by users remains the property of the respective user. By uploading content to the platform, you grant CTSS LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CTSS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Wyoming.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before any material changes take effect by posting the new Terms at https://coursepod.io/terms and, where applicable, notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
